A Trust prepared by Janet:
1. Download and print a questionnaire.
2. Fill it out and send it to our office by fax or mail.
3. Janet will review it to give a quote for her flat fee to create a trust. There is no obligation to proceed.
4. If you decide to proceed, a retainer fee is signed and an appointment is set.
5. Our office will begin funding your trust by filling out Change of Title forms and Change of Beneficiary forms as well as drafting instruction letters and deeds.
6. During your appointment, Janet explains the language of the trust and healthcare directive in detail. After you make your wishes known, your trust is drafted along with your will.
7. Sign your trust and will along with your other funding documents. Walk out of your appointment with your trust and will!
*In special cases, your trust and will cannot be completed in one appointment

Trusts prepared using Suze Orman's Will & Trust kit or trusts prepared by other attorneys:
1. An hourly fee will be charged to review the trust and will.
2. A flat fee is charged to prepare deed(s) to title your real property into your trust.
Probate: Fees for probates are set by the courts, but we can give fairly accurate estimates.
Asset protection, annual exclusion gift and qualified residence trusts are the next step in more sophisticated plans and are also usually quoted on a flat-fee basis. However, this is not always possible.
